    We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They even restocked our room regularly with useful items.     The staff was nice and helpful, always offering their assistance when needed. the room was clean and well-stocked. the location was great for shopping, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.

    The breakfast menu was poorly translated, and I had trouble receiving the items I wanted. the deposit required upon arrival was not properly communicated, and came as an unpleasant surprise.

    The staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist me during my business trip. The daily room cleaning was thorough and they regularly restocked useful items. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and delicious street food.

    The breakfast menu was a bit confusing with poor English translations. I also received the wrong items, but the staff were quick to accommodate and discounted my meal.

    We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in Kaifeng with all the luxurious amenities. the indoor swimming pool was enormous and had plenty of sun loungers. the staff provided excellent service, restocking our room with useful items regularly. the in-room breakfast had a nice variety, including special diet menus, and the restaurant served delicious food. We also found the location was convenient for shopping and accessing restaurants.
